Functions, Parties or Events are not allowed at Tangalooma Life.  Tangalooma Life has a maximum occupancy of six guests. This includes visitors who are not staying overnight. This is to stop any events or parties taking place at the property larger than its maximum occupancy of six guests. The resort has 24hr security patrols and has a very strict 'Noise and Conduct' policy. 

• A maximum of 6 guests are allowed on the premises.

• Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and before 7am

• All vehicles must be parked on site and not on the road.

• Keep the premises and grounds clean and tidy.

• Any breakages must be reported, charges may apply

• Tangalooma Life is a non-smoking residence

• No Pets Allowed

We understand things can change and so we are reasonably flexible when cancelling or changing dates.  We take 50% of the total accommodation amount at the time of booking to secure it with the remaining balance due to be paid 28 days before arrival. If you cancel your booking before 28 days of arrival you will be refunded the full 50% accommodation deposit you have paid. Changing your dates are free but subject to availability and price changes (if any).

If you cancel your booking within 28 days your arrival we would be unable to refund your deposit unless there were exceptional circumstances.

If you have booked your passenger ferry tickets through us, we will make a request with the resort for a refund but this cannot be guaranteed and at their discretion.

Our best pricing is based on a 3 night minimum stay ^ with special offers on 5 nights and 7 nights. If you can't take advantage of the free nights (Pay 4, Stay 5 or Pay 5, Stay 7 *) or your cant stay the minimum 3 nights you have the option of getting the late passenger ferry home which leaves between 7pm and 8pm depending on the time of year. This will allow you the full day/evening use of the property. We can arrange your preferred check-out and passenger ferry times to gain maximum use of Tangalooma Life for your stay option.  ^ School holiday times generally attract a 4 night minimum stay. 2 Night stays are available in quieter times. Please check your dates or contact us.

• Transferring use to other guests on empty nights is prohibited. The resort does revoke guest list access from your ferry departure time and management may enter to clean and inspect the property.
• We are unable to change any MiCat vehicle ferry times, you must contact them directly.

Stay Inclusions:  Booking, Cleaning & Linen Fees. Arrival and Departure Jetty Transfers. Resort Buggy.  Starlink Internet. Resort Guest List. * Resort Buggy is only provided upon signing an activity waiver agreement by a designated 25+ year old driver with a valid driving license.

Resort: Swimming Pools, Beach, Jetty, Volleyball, Tennis, Spa Treatments, Tours Desk, Reception, Shop, Restaurants, Cafes, Bar, Watersports, Quad Bikes, Segways, Scuba/Snorkeling, Kayaks, SUP.  Staying at Tangalooma Life does not include any paid activities, food, beverages or services the resort may offer.
